However, I will make an exception for Jonathan Bailey RMT and if you want to know why, please kindly read on... I have been seeing Jonathan Bailey for massage therapy for years now, and I can honestly say he is one of the most skilled and caring RMTs I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive, and he is always able to tailor his massage techniques to my specific needs. From the moment I lie down onto the massage table, I feel at ease, and Jonathan's calm and professional demeanor puts me at complete ease. He is able to work out even the toughest knots and tension areas, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. What really sets Jonathan apart, though, is his genuine care and concern for his clients. He is always checking in to make sure I am comfortable and getting the most out of my massage sessions or if the temperature of the room is comfortable for me. Jonathan's respectful and polite sense of humour makes every massage session with him an absolute delight and cause for giggles for the rest of my day driving home to share those funny jokes with my lovely wife who finds herself in stitches. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled massage therapist, look no further than Jonathan Bailey. I seldom write reviews, this is my 4th one ever. I can tell a lot of the service I can expect by how I am treated by the front desk. The lady who helped me was Candee. She was courteous and patient and really took the time to have me properly set up. When one is in pain, sorting forms or administrative information can be a different type of challenge, but she was helpful and kind. My physiotherapist was Gordon. He really did help me with terrible pain I was feeling. I couldnt manage to secure an appointment before an upcoming trip so I had to go to another clinic for follow up.The doctor at the other clinic spoke very highly of the treatment I had been provided at Marpole Physiotherapy Clinic so far. He actually encouraged me to continue physiotherapy there as soon as I could find a spot. This is the only downside I could think of...like all good things, they are in high demand. You need to book an appointment as soon as possible because spaces fill up. I read a comment about Gordon being aloof. Some people prefer a therapist that acts with a lot of jokes,camaraderie and lots of humor. Personally I value professionalism and most importantly respect when someone will enter my personal space for treatment purposes. As a woman, I have felt uncomfortable at other places when I went for regular massage. At Marpole Physiotherapy I felt comfortable,safe, respected and in good hands at all times. I did not take the time to write this review for the clinic, they will continue to do great whether I provide this review or not. Their service speaks for itself. I mostly do it because when one is not feeling well and in a lot of pain you value being prompted in the right direction, where they will actually help you. Gordon the owner put a needle in my back doing IMS. It caused permanent nerve damage and neuropathy which is irreversible. I am suffering everyday and am on nerve medication for the rest of my life. And he didn't even bother to call me back when I phoned him. read more

Met Lieon thru my work he brings his car to our shop and found out his a physiotherapist I was very hesitant to see another one since I have bad experience. But when I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and made arrangement base on my schedule and sometimes if it's fully book they'll put me on a call list. So I went there and I was very impress by Lieon he basically shows me and did a lot of assessments that my old physiotherapist never did for me before. Lieon gave me a lot of pointers when working out or even when I'm seating but the best of all I started liking to see a physiotherapist again. read more

I have been treated by Nicole Fournier for a slip and fall injury. Because I have a very awkward fall, I twisted my body with multiple areas of injury. This internal aspect of the injury is very hard to treat and it has been there for a long time. I believe in the thoracic ring approach and the connect therapy. I believe that Nicole Fournier's dedication to her profession and her excellent dry-needling skill will get me well eventually. I am cooperating with her treatment by religiously following her instruction to do her exercises and I am certain that I will be totally healed very soon read more

Shop around!! Much to my surprise I returned back to this clinic expecting to be booked in as a returning patient at the subsequent rate 1 hour for $85, instead I was in for a 30 min initial consult and charged $90!! Usually an initial consult rate is higher too off set the admin costs of setting up a patient file and entering it into the system but I was in the system with a file already.. With an untreated aching shoulder I was told by staff that I had not been to the clinic in a few years which is why I was charged for an initial visit.. So I was being penalized for not needing physio!! I was also promised a call from management, a week later and no call! This place is not in business for "People Help" its just out for $$. Shop around there are much better places starting at only $60 for an initial and subsequent visits ie. Watermania Sports Therapy Clinic in Richmond. I gave them a chance to resolve my concern before resorting to this review. read more

I was referred to this clinic by a friend. In one visit Tim sorted out my shoulder and worked diligently to figure out the issue with my foot and ultimately fixed me right up! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome every time you go. The no fuss online booking system is convenient and easy to use.
