When I described the project we had and how we had gotten a plumber to come out and look at the project but that the price quoted was outrageous he responded in a completely unprofessional way and stated that he didn't need the business he was based in Mckinney and would up charge me since I lived in fort worth (I am not opposed to paying someone for going out of their way) but after that he said I should just go find a day laborer because he didn't know how much money we had but it didn't sounded like much because we were looking to do the job ourselves!!!! I wish I'd never even called this guy he was not pleasant to talk to at all and has a humongous god complex going on. If he is representative of how this company operates I feel sorry for the poor people that do business with him.
