The owner was working when we were there and she criticized Terri in front of eveyone. First thing she admonished her for was the way she was bagging our purchases. Next was the way she was folding our clothes. Never, never "scold" an associate or team member in front of people (customers, etc.). She was very unprofessional and rude.
