Mr. Daryl and Ms. Natasha gave me advice on lawn maintenance lawn schedule, bugs, etc. The lawn now looks fabulous. I am on a two week schedule for the time being..that is until my lawn is tamed by spraying to kill weeds and grass coming up through the mulch. I am beyond grateful. As far as price goes, they are more than reasonable. I have a small lawn, however, their prices are extremely reasonable. Y'all need to check them out soonest.

Gorgeous job! However, one of the windmill palms was not as healthy looking as the other two did. The fronds were drooping and some slight discoloration of the leaves. I kept in touch with them about it and whatever they told me to do, the fronds started turning brown and it completely died two months later. They promised to replace it, but 10 months and a lot of calls, broken promises that they'd get there, just busy, etc., I have no palm tree and my last call has been totally ignored. I still have a hole in my garden from where I pulled out the dead palm last September. All they needed to do was to drop the new palm tree in the hole and cover it up. Five minutes and it would've been finished.

They protected the windows and shrubbery from the old roof materials that were thrown down. My complaints: I was told they would charge me $75 per sheet of plywood that needed to be replaced. Interestingly, they bought 3 pieces of heavy-duty plywood (which does cost that much) and 5 pieces of lower-quality pressed board plywood (in which a substantially lower price would have been charged.) When I questioned the female employee who came after the crew left why that price for the low-grade quality plywood, her answer (and I kid you not!) was "for labor and clean up). Hmmm. Those costs were included in the estimate. Okay. The crew was ALSO SUPPOSED to go around my home with a large magnet roller to search for metal building materials (I.e., nails!) but never did that. Thankfully, I didn't have a flat tire as a result and a second contractor found several.
