This place is a little hidden gem right if I35 southbound, right by the Belton Expo Center / Cadence Bank Center. 2 gas stations are within reasonable walking distance for last minute needs if you don't feel like driving.

When we arrived, they denied our reservation which turned out to be a blessing since the park was horrendous! The pool was drained (website needs to be updated), grounds were unkept, saw many signs for "beware of dog". We have littles ones and I don't want to worry about a dog getting loose. Overall, I'm glad we didn't stay at this one. Do beware of the website, looks way better than it is.

We only stayed 1 night and didn't use their laundry or restrooms, but I'm guessing they would be on par with everything else. Quiet, only a short drive down a narrow and bumpy road from the freeway.

We wouldn't stay here again. Decent for overnight, but we just had such a negative experience. The pool looked clean and the play structure was in good repairs.
