We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail. We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top. Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day. We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand. I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently. We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been. A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of. On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it. To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice. Last month's windstorm brought the neighbor's tree down on the corner of my roof at 5am. Talk about…read morea rude awakening! It was a lot of tree, but the only real casualty was my gutters - knocked off both corners of the roof - and my big cedar hedge, which had a 4' wide furrow plowed through it. The insurance company sent out Dulay Roofing to repair the gutters, and they did a beautiful job. They were unable to match the profile of my 30 year old original gutters or old-school round downpipes, so it meant new gutters and downpipes all around. They went to extra effort to find material that colour-matched both, as I'd had the original gutters painted green and the downpipes painted tan. Very happy with the end result. Too bad they don't fix hedges!

Mills was the first to respond so we went with them, however another company came by (unannounced) and provided a quote that was $200 less. I showed this to Mills and they were able to knock $100 off and came out immediately. The crew was very kind and explained the extent of the work afterwards. I also like they guarantee their work for 15 years.
