I had just found one of my items. Then I had questions about trying to find The proper springs for my Hoffner B-Bass guitar. At that time, the only person around was at the front desk. He knew absolutely nothing about bass guitar strings-or Hoffners. And when he didn't know the answer, he told me that "Any of the strings would work"! This was completely unacceptable! Going to buy them from Strings By Mail and won't be visiting this location again.

I stood there and both men still carried on their personal conversation as if I wasn't there. I finally said "can I pay for this?" He turned and looked at me like I was bothering him. The only thing missing was an eye roll. He never stopped having his personal conversation while I paid. If this is your service I will never go back to your store for any of my needs.
