At pick up I arrived with my truck the two guys that loaded my truck added the tables and chairs to my vehicle. They made a mistake and miscounted by over 40 chairs. (That was a win in my favor). The chairs were really clean and it looked that they had been wiped down, the table cloths were dry cleaned and nicely pressed, unfortunately the tables were falling apart, there were nails and screws that were coming out of them. Luckily I brought a power drill with me and was able to go thru the tables and fix the majority of their them. At drop off they helped with the removal of the chairs and tables from my truck. Overall a pleasant experience. I would use them again!

The two ladies at the store were awesome in helping me sort through 71 years of anniversary and birthday jewelry from my father to her as well as clean her wedding rings for me. I also took some of my old jewelry last year when they had their appraisal guys there that purchase old jewelry , coins and precious metals and was very pleased with my sales with them. On 6/12/25 I noticed that one of the small stones was missing so I took back to the store along with my receipt showing what I paid for them to re-tip it. They sent it back to the repair place and I was surprised when they called to say my ring was done and I needed to pay $59.00. The note on receipt says guest brought the ring in Feb and had all the tips done. Looks like one wasn't done well probably due to tight spaces but looks like the diamond came out because of that. WHAT!!! It's not about the $59 it's about the principle that it had only been 90 days and you told me you were splitting the cost with me. Not a great experience and I will not take anything there again for repair.

So it was necessary to truck in some water to fill our underground tanks, and we saw signs for AirOne for bulk potable water delivery. We gave them a call and Matthew, the owner, was very courteous and explained he could get us a 3,500-gallon delivery the next day -- all for a very fair price. He was prompt and efficient on the day of delivery, and found out he is actually a local neighbor near the Idaho-Washington state line. We will definitely be using AirOne again to fill our tanks, as this drought does not appear to be getting any better. Thank you Matthew and AirOne!
