They were kind and courteous and helpful and even gave me their opinion on my rear wiper which is acting a little funny - putting some lubricant on it and advising me how to evaluate if it resolves or needs replacement in the future. There was also an indicator which kept flashing on the dash board. John (the manager) checked on that for me and sent me a YouTube video which explained what that was. It reassured me that my car was ok and there was no other trouble to it related to the accident. It took a few days for the car to be fixed and I was given a courtesy car from Enterprise. The staff arranged everything and even took care of returning the rental car when my car was ready for pick up. They are short staffed at moment due to covid-19 but both John and Jonathan have been wonderful in making sure my experience with kirmac is seamless and great. I brought my car in and check in was very easy and they provided an Uber back home for me was the length of time to do my windshield was fairly lengthy. They also provided an Uber back. Looking over my car they had did a interior clean and I believe wash prior to windshield install as the car was clean. My service was covered by insurance so I cannot confirm anything value wise but if the service they provided is consistent then if day they are worth it.

Unfortunately, I had faulty windshield blades installed at Ensign which resulted in a cracked windshield. Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful. He tried his best to explain to the service manager at Ensign why the blades were inappropriate even though they would not listen. As my initial appointment was at another location, the staff at that location arranged my appointment at this place since it could be done on an earlier date. In the end, it didn't matter as the date had to be changed due to lack of manpower (covid-19 effect). Everything went well on day of appointment. Paperwork was done efficiently and at a safe distance. The windshield was replaced much faster than expected (1+ hours) instead of the 2-3 hours I was told. Thumbs up for that. It was done perfectly and the rain sensor on the windshield worked well too. One thing which could be done better was being given some suggestions on where I could go to cool my heels while waiting. This place is kinda away from any shops, plus restaurants or coffee places are closed due to covid-19. I asked as this was not my usual area and was not given any ideas. I can understand not wanting customers to wait inside the reception area, but maybe there could be a couple of chairs outside for customers to sit while waiting? Tip: In the end, I just walked along Lougheed and found my way to Solo District area (about 20-30 mins slow walk). At least there were people around there and outdoor benches to sit. I went prepared with a book and a bottle of water to wait.
