We were told that they received their parts from different suppliers and could not be sure where it came. We felt like we got nothing but the runaround. He never showed on Friday, due to multiple excuses like being super busy and having vehicle issues. We messaged all day about different times he would arrive, but and he never showed. He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!
