The range and quality of clothes is very good and they are usually up to date with the latest fashions. The prices are in the mid range - not Primark cheap or designer expensive. The end of season sales at Next (especially the Christmas one) are well worth looking out for as you can get some real bargains with many items half price but be prepared to get up early!

Primark is one of the anchor tenants of "The Potterie Shopping Center" having a huge store, just on…read morethe outside part of the store, with connections through escalators into the shopping center. One thing I want to start with, is my shock and reaction in anger and disbelief at how inaccessible the store is for wheelchair users, This is one of The Potteries' flagship stores, and for a wheelchair to have to go all the way around onto the street level and a good 3-4 minute walk is unacceptable for any store, let alone an anchor tenant. I finally got in this store through street level on Lamb Street, this is the main entrance anyway. The entrance through the shopping center is a mess really, it is just a reasonably large empty space with just an escalator, I'm sure they'd make a lot more money and stores do better if they had a lift here, but still some sort of lift or escalator to get into Primark, or just get rid of this entrance completely and make the entrance the one that is through Lamb Street. Primark does have lifts inside with 3 floors, however due to the jumble sale nature, which all near enough looks the same, apart from one floor being mens, womens and children's, it is easy to get in and out of the lifts on the right floor, and walk for a few seconds, until you realize, like I did. The store is filled with cheap clothes, but still is set out like a jumble sale, although seems a little nicer than your Sports Direct style store, although this store still isn't great because of this. For the price and the look, most of the items don't seem to be great quality, but Primark doesn't really seem to be the price for that. I have never visited a Primark in my life, and normally avoid clothes shops and try to limit it when I can, but I still was impressed by some of the deals in this store, my friend picked up a pair of shoes and 5 pairs of socks for £19, which wasn't bad with good deals on socks at 5 pairs for £5, but still due to the situation with entering and leaving the store, being a little discriminatory and made a lot harder, as well as the jumble style nature, I feel this store deserves no more than a two.

They are friendly and tell you places to look for clothing if they haven't got it. They have clothes a little higher when they know people will want them and they know when the uni fancy dresses are so they have put the prices up near the time so its best to go at the start of the year and stock up. They have cheap facepaints and little items and the clothing is alttle expensive compared to online but the quality is good. Would recommend as they have nice things but not very good with size avalibltlty.

You can collect the costumes a few days before and return them a few days later. Some of the rental costumes are a little old but all are in a pretty good condition. The George, Zippy and Bungle costumes went down a storm at a recent party! A deposit of about £10 is required for hiring costumes but provided you get the costume back to them in one piece then your deposit is fully refunded. The shop is a busy shop with plenty of choice and the staff are very helpful.

The mall feels like it has so much potential, but that potential is wasted. There's such a large number of empty units now, and this is shown in "The Hive" with a row of closed restaurants which look like they've been empty for years - right next to Nando's and the Cineworld cinema. There's also a large amount of space in the mall which seems unused, including the pretty balcony, which just should be bustling. The staff around the mall were friendly, and they did try their best to offer assistance, although their knowledge of the local area could have been better as they struggled to recommend a supermarket nearby where I could buy essentials, including milk, to take back to my hotel. There's a small number of stores located here, nothing too exciting but certainly OK for a smaller city. Ann Summer, HMV, JD Sports New Look, Superdrug, Quiz and WHSmith have locations here, including all of the major mobile phone networks. The mall closes at 6 pm between Monday and Saturday, too, which does feel too early for a city. 2* - It feels that other than the rebrand, the mall hasn't changed for the better in years, and it's just depressing and declining.

There is plenty of space in the shop for people to browse, try the shoes on and also walk around to check the comfort of the shoes. I think this is a lot better than some shoe stores where you barely have room to browse, let alone comfortably try on a pair. Always seems clean, although the smell of plastic in the shoes can sometimes be a little overpowering. The staff i've been served by have always been polite and fairly quick at serving, and i've never really noticed large queues even when shopping on a saturday.

The staff there are helpful and polite and are always at hand . Wynsors have there own big carpark and its can get busy the ques are never big as the staff are quick servers . The only problem is i think icould do with moving near to the other shops to gain more business and to make it alot easier for those who are shopping in hanley.
