Always clean, well maintained, has a decent selection of stores. This is a great small town mall in Kokomo!

Pretty normal basic mall! A lot of your favorite stores! Not too busy! People are pretty much to their selves.

Great little small town hobby shop, nice employees and great selection, very competitive to online…read moreprices but you get the expertise and service you won't get online!! Stop by and check them out!

They put a low grade DCC decoder and an anemic speaker. When I picked my locomotive up, I was happy with how it ran. But I have other diesel locomotives that are louder and has more different sounds. When I asked why all the small parts were not put on the model. They said it would be more money. I tried doing it at home but the tremors get in the way. I purchased the locomotive from them for $195.00. To re-install another decoder with a better speaker it is going to be over $200.00 for a hobby store in Indy to fix Tolin's errors. I would be almost better off to buy a brand new locomotive with a decoder already installed. I bought a similar DCC locomotive with sound for $325.00 at another hobby shop near Kokomo. I am now stuck with an unfinished locomotive that runs but it is missing model parts that I tried my best best to install but because of the shakes and loss of feeling, I wasn't able to. I have found other hobby stores that work with me because of my disability. I feel like Tolin's took my money and gave me substandard service. Run don't walk away from this business.
