I went in several times for measurements and my denture finally arrive. Well it did't fit so I went back because I was told, if it's loose "we can adjust it". A week later, I get it back, still loose, but not as loose so I am told to try to adjust and if anything feels wrong just come back, they'll fix it. Literally 2 hours later I get a call from the office asking if I'd been told about the charges for going in to get a proper fit or adjustment. It is not free. Really? They did the fitting, I paid 3,000.00 and have to pay extra for it to fit properly? It's bad business practice!

My bottom teeth are slightly crowded, but it has never bothered me because it isn't noticeable when I smile. The first orthodontist that I visited told me that it would cost $5450 and would take about 18 months to get my teeth straight with Invisalign braces. I decided to get a second opinion. I then went in and met Dr. Bruce Ulrich and his son, Dr. Beau Ulrich. They spent a lot of time with me and explained that to get my teeth the way that they would want, would mean that some teeth would have to be pulled and it would take about two years with real braces with bands. You need to know that they do both Invisalign and regular braces and that they were recommended to me because of "their beautiful results." They gave me a very detailed explanation and said that they would be happy to do either type of braces, if that is what I wanted, but they felt that cosmetic dentistry might be a better option for me. They felt it would be less expensive, invasive and time consuming. They told me that I could have my teeth bonded and a small piece of plastic would be placed in gap and that I could have this done at my regular dentist. I wrote this today after my office visit because I was so impressed by the integrity of this father and son team that I wanted other people to know.

I called to see if the…read moredentist could do a checkup on my toddler and made an appointment based on the fact they didn't force X-rays upon new patients I drove an hour to get there for them to tell me they wouldn't see her unless X-rays were taken. Why do babies need unnecessary X-rays? And apparently if you refuse fluoride they treat you badly. If they looked at her mouth and she needed X-ray for treatment that would have been fine but forcing unnecessary treatment before anything is assessed? To get more money? Cool. Then a friend told me this office forcefully shoved tools in her toddlers mouth until she was choking and crying and screaming and they wouldn't stop. They both were traumatized.
