All tests and ultrasounds were simple quick and well explained. However we did wait 1 year and 8 months to do a full ivf treatment. I assume it is like this most places but I'm not sure as I haven't looked elsewhere. My fertility doctor isn't elaborate enough and I do have to ask several questions to be sure I understand what is being said. The nurses are very kind and patient with you and will answer any and all questions. It is very clean in their office and parking isn't bad if you arrive slightly early in the day. Most places around this clinic are all restaurants so parking can be harder later in the evening.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!…read more If you are reading this review, it means that you are seeking a medical professional for fertility and are considering Pyselman- PLEASE DON'T GO HERE and seek a real medical professional. I refuse to refer to her as doctor. A friend of mine had received a very quick appointment so I followed suite and asked for a referral from my GP. I should have known as any good fertility specialist has at minimum a few months wait- not 1.5 weeks. Long story short- my medical records were switched during blood work, ultrasound, and email at least 3x!!!!! They emailed me someone else's medication and cycle monitoring instructions on one occasion. After only 1 round of cycle monitoring, Pyselman couldn't figure out my chart, called me into her office after a 2hr wait time to see her to tell me that at 35 years of age I needed an egg donor. That I wouldn't conceive (I have one child already) and was not a candidate for any medical intervention other than egg donation... needless to say I was heart broken and mortified. She downplayed the situation as I bawled my eyes out by saying "at least you have one already". I sit here writing this review holding my perfectly healthy, naturally conceived 5 month old- thanks to my GP who refused to accept Pyselman's BS.She referred me to an endocrinologist who sent me to a REAL fertility specialist at Mt. Sinai. Please steer clear of Pyselman.

This is a highly unprofessional organization and as a business, I even struggle to call it that. This place is a joke and a scam.I think they are completely out of line with how they treat women. Considering that this is supposed to be a positive place, they definitely did everything to make sure they delivered the 0 star rating they deserve. Worst customer service, rude "doctors ", no help and a money grab never mind a waste of precious time. I am shocked this "business" has not been shut down! BBB needs this place on their list of places to avoid. May be they are already on the Bad Business Bureau. I regret not checking prior to wasting a minute in that place. This place is money hungry for sure. They don't know what they are doing and seems they barely take…read morenotes on patients. It's like a guessing game for them. One time I got to the clinic and checked in only to find out the front desk staff who started eatting her pinepapples at the desk had never checked me in. You almost never see the doctor. They try to force IVF. I don't even trust them with anything. They probably intentionally spoil medication to keep people coming back because nothing works for most of their patients. This place needs to be shut down or have someone examine the program and why the fail rate is so high for pregnancy.
