This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. If you're in the Estero area, take a stroll right off the I-75 and grab yourself some deals!

Some are pretty upscale. It's super dog friendly. The Alter'd State store caught my eye the most bc there's three store front locations. On this side, I did see a Cheesecake Factory, Chinese Restaurant, boba shop, and gelato. If you drive to the other side they have an area of chain restaurants and other stores like Ross and Target. One other cute feature I saw was a dog fountain. Also two lit up photo opps lit up at night.

If you're a runner they do have a small pathway within the community which is about 0.56 meters in length, I would run for miles around it which was convenient because I didn't have to drive anywhere for a run. When it came to maintenance, they were pretty on point with getting stuff done and if you felt like things weren't being done management is super friendly and can answer any questions or settle any worries. The gym is pretty nice but it's missing the one thing almost every apartment gym is missing, a free bar and squat rack. Regardless, it's one of the better gyms for sure. The pool is very nice, though I never used it but hearing from others, it was nice. They have 2 different package rooms, depending on where you live you're assigned to one, my suggestion is for them to have it maintained semi-regularly because .. it needs it for sure. Lastly, huge shout out to the staff, Michelle (both of them), Leslie, Jasmin, Natalie they're all awesome and was probably the highlight of my living experience.

They have the usual stores you find everywhere like Ross, Target, At Home, & also outside mall stores. This was built in 2005. And it is showing its age in my opinion. Costco is the main draw here with the largest foot print and the most parking spaces. Costco also has a Gas Station so there is a lot of traffic for that. The larger building at the north has pizza, CBD, hair salon and cleaners. The larger building at the south has TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Staples and such. Outbuildings include the oil change shop, a cell phone store, Chick-Fil-A and Bob Evans. The traffic light nearest to Costco isn't awesome and has a strange design. If you can exit to the south/east, you'll be better off. There is a lot of traffic here and many hidden spots.
