I drove past the Texas Roadhouse, First Watch, fitness center, around past another outbuilding and there's the Hobby Lobby and Kohl's before finally spotting the Dollar Tree. There isn't very good mapping or signage. Lots of parking, lots of great lighting. Entrances at Dani Drive and Challenger Blvd on 6 Mile Cypress Parkway both have traffic lights. There's a Panera, dentist shop, Cava restaurant, clothing store, dry cleaners and breakfast cafe. The center is in excellent condition with very good landscaping, clear aisles for driving and brightly painted lines for parking. The Whole Foods is busy and the people visiting it are driving big SUVs and dealing with a backseat full of kids, so be on the lookout for people who don't see you crossing! There is an entrance from Cleveland with a traffic light and you can find an entrance from Colonial if you sneak behind the furniture store. JOANN Fabrics, Burlington Coat Factory, Pet Kingdom, another furniture showroom and a Family Dollar at the end. Smaller storefronts are a beauty supply, nail salon and restaurants. The Tire Kingdom is in the same plaza but a separate building. The parking lot is well lit and in decent condition, using reverse speedbumps that also function as drainage. The center also includes Pizza Hut, Subway, beauty and nail salons, restaurants, cell phones and professional offices. The parking lot is in excellent condition and there are multiple street lights though I've never been here at night. SR 31 is located to the east and is one of the exits to the shopping center. SR 31 is a major road (not as major as SR-80) and has the bridge over the Caloosahatchee River. As such, there is a lot of traffic and any time there are a lot of people, there is a lot of opportunity for bad people. There is easy access from multiple entrances and exits. The intersection at Pine Island and US-41 has a traffic light, so you should have no trouble getting in or getting across the traffic. You will want to use care when exiting as some exits have blind spots for that inside lane. Cell phone repair, deli, ice cream, hair cutting, fitness, tax help and more including Il Primo Pizza & Wings and Jason's Deli. Parking is good with enough so that the tenants with more customers are a bit spread out. Good lighting but the landscaping can block some view from the street so be aware.
