Not too shabby for a small town mall…read more This mall is very dear to my heart since I grew up in Melbourne and I used to come to this mall in my teenager years with all of my friends just to walk around. Fast forward 12 years later, and this place has grown a lot... there is even an H&M!!! of course that now that I live in SFlo, this mall is small, but but but, the one store they have and has been there for years is "Standard Collective" and it is simply the best thing since sliced bread. Here, you can find everything your fashionable and boho heart desires, as well as unique pieces. I overall love this mall because it has all the department stores you nee (macy's, Dillards, Jc Penny) as well as a decent food court and other clothing stores.

Working here was great until the new manager took over. She has absolutely no respect for her team…read moremembers. She will talk down to them every chance she gets. She picks favorites and allows the associates to curse and be disrespectful to the supervisors. When it is brought to her attention she will yell at the supervisor and say they deserved to be talked to that way. She is an absolute nightmare and has caused multiple long time associates and supervisors to quit due to lack or respect and proper management. Attempted to take my concerns about her treatment to the District manager and was basically told she was being how she was because we were not accepting of her as the new manager. Although multiple people made complaints about the way they were treated we were all told to be nice to her and take this as a learning experience. After talking with the District manager the store manager became even worse.

There is also a barber shop, nail and spa, liquor store, laundromat, and uniform mart. I loved my visit to the antique mall which was a great find but even aside from that, this strip mall has a lot of useful every day stores and services people depend on. Everything was nicely maintained and there was plenty of parking. The only places to eat are the Bagel World Cafe, El Indio Mexican, and Rudy's Asian Taste. There are a few spots for lease and it would be great to add a couple of take out food places but other than that it is a great mall.
