I requested information on why my medication, which is not a controlled substance, was being withheld . Apparently, Walgreens feels their opinion matters more than the discretion of a medical practitioner. The manager on shift somewhat mitigated, my frustration. I was able to get my medication, but after two days of anxiety . I asked the pharmacy assistant if she enjoyed her job solely because she was so frustrated and raising her voice at me . She needs to take accountability for her actions and understand that speaking to people that Way is not helpful by any means . I met her regression with equal force, and at that point, she walked away from me and left me at the drive-through with no point of contact. I had to enter the building in order to obtain my medication where she blatantly lied about our interaction. I was unable to get any information of the leader ship team and was directed to an 800 number constantly . Very unhappy with the whole interaction and the customer service was horrendous

After a long day of exploring Lancaster and Union Counties, I was ready for a drink. This shop had it. All the possible varieties of beverages, including sodas, waters, juices, energy drinks, plus a coffee station loaded up with choices, creamers and different sugars. Need a snack? They not only have sweet and salty but hot and cold foods too. I grabbed a big bottle of water and two cheese sticks (hooray, keto diet) and was on my way. No need to touch anything (paper towel to open the cooler door) and everyone was maintaining their proper social distancing. [Review 13107 overall, 424 of 2020.]
