When the clerk knows a pump is broken, but doesn't care to inform the public, you're guaranteed some negative customer feedback. It's quite frustrating to insert one's card, be cheerfully informed that "We are lowering your gas prices", get instructed to "Press button to select grade", and then have no response whatsoever from the pump. Come to think of it, in the many years I've been a customer at Elliott's, pump 2 has always had issues. Maybe just get the cursed thing replaced?

I have been here 3 times and two of those was to order their club sandwich. It's actually better than any restaurant that I have ordered a club sandwich at.
