When I called to inquire they said its listed on their website and I should have known about the substitutions, but it is only in one spot on their website, it is not blatant, and it is cut off at the bottom of the screen so you have to scroll down to see it. When I said the bouquet looks much cheaper than the one I ordered and asked for a discount or something they refused and said the bouquet sent was much more expensive than the one I ordered. The lady on the phone was obviously annoyed with me and told me it was my responsibility to check on the delivery, but I called that morning to check on the delivery and they never mentioned the substitutions.
