When I called to inquire they said its listed on their website and I should have known about the substitutions, but it is only in one spot on their website, it is not blatant, and it is cut off at the bottom of the screen so you have to scroll down to see it. When I said the bouquet looks much cheaper than the one I ordered and asked for a discount or something they refused and said the bouquet sent was much more expensive than the one I ordered. The lady on the phone was obviously annoyed with me and told me it was my responsibility to check on the delivery, but I called that morning to check on the delivery and they never mentioned the substitutions. I will not be using this business again.

Several arrangements were delivered from various local florists- but none compared to those ordered from Bubba at Phillips. A mix of flowers, from roses and tropical , forest greens too- all arranged beautifully and adding an element of artistry and elegance to a usually somber occasion. But when my wife lands in the hospital with something quite serious, the doctors are talking about significant surgery, and I'm back home in metro San Francisco, I best see what floral companies are out there. Well, in Beaumont, there aren't that many. But there is KO Design, five miles east in Vidor. Their website is very well designed, and shows a large selection of arrangements with a wide range of prices. The one I got was under $30, and it was good sized, well designed, and not the usual "throw the roses at her" deal. You can also add balloons and teddy bears if you want. I was able to place the order without any phone calls (yay, I *HATE* the phone), and it was delivered the same day. (I sure hope so, the Hunny is staying less than a mile away from the shop.) I got many emails telling me the status of the order, all the way to delivery; they even included a photo of the order. She's back with her parents, recovering, and this bouquet was just what she needed to encourage her to get better. KO Design came through great, and I'm very happy with their product and service. If they'll do that for someone from CALIFORNIA, think of how well they'll do for you!

I live out of town and was wanting to send flowers to a cousin that had just lost her husband. So, after 6 different florists telling they did not deliver to the area that my cousin lived in. I asked around and someone had recommended her shop so I picked my flowers and paid for them. So, I had no idea how the flowers would turned out my cousin posted them on Facebook. I have to say I have never in my live been so embarrassed by the quality and the horrible arrangement that was sent. The flowers do not even match what I paid for. I have to say I had to calm down and little bit before writing this review. I have attached the pictures. I am so disappointed That this is what I got for my money. Is just sad...I do not want money back I paid you for your time and product. I just want you to know this is not the quality .
