Have you ever heard horror stories about dental work going wrong and wondered how they are allowed…read moreto continue? I never thought it would happen to me but it did here. I went in due to extreme sensitivity, and was told I needed a root canal and crown to save my tooth. This would take 2 hours (this should have been the first and biggest red flag) but being in some pain and already there, I agreed. Sure enough, he went to work on the root canal, 3d printed the "crown" in front of my eyes (2nd red flag) and continued. The crown turned out to be a big filling printed to fit into my molar and glued to it. There was no actual crown or cap. Just a glued piece of something that needed to be filed down along with other molar to keep the bite (3rd red flag). I'd never needed any major dental work in my life and did not know there was supposed to be an actual crown, hence the name. 1 year later, the sensitivity came back which turned into pain. I decided to see a different dentist to find out the root canal was improperly done and got infected over time. I needed to have the molar that was supposed to be saved removed along with the one next to it! NEVER again am I going back there. The damage was too extensive which also explains why his license has been taken away in the past.

Beware! Worst experience and pain ever!!!…read more I started going to this practice after relocating and everything was ok until I came in with a toothache. I was told I needed to have a root canal done and a crown. It could be done that same day and being that i was there, and in pain, i agreed. The crown was made on-site using his latest toy, a crown 3-d printer and the root canal performed while it printed. The whole thing took 2 hours from me walking in to walking out. My husband was shocked at how quick everything was considering he had just gotten the same and it took multiple appointments. I went on happily only to wake up one day with swelling and pain. I called and was told it was an infection, common after a crown and he prescribed me meds and send me off. I came back again after feeling sharp edges on the crown to be told my tooth chipped (same tooth he "saved") and he just added more paste. Being unhappy with the whole experience, i switched dentists and have since found out the crown is just a big filling, never crowned or capped. The root canal poorly done which has a crack and caused an infection which led to one of the worst toothaches I've had. Now i am left with more pain, having to pay again to repair it and frustration. This is not ethical in any way, please beware and avoid being scammed for a service you did not receive.
