Everyone is very professional and pleasant to talk to, the facility is clean and beautiful, there are TV's in each dental station where I can watch HGTV or some other show while getting work done, and there is a small play area where little ones am be entertained while I parent gets their work done too! Whenever someone is looking for a new dentist, I always refer them to this location and Dr. DiStefano!

Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! My husband and (grown) daughter switched over to her as well and we are all very happy we did!

I went in due to extreme sensitivity, and was told I needed a root canal and crown to save my tooth. This would take 2 hours (this should have been the first and biggest red flag) but being in some pain and already there, I agreed. Sure enough, he went to work on the root canal, 3d printed the "crown" in front of my eyes (2nd red flag) and continued. The crown turned out to be a big filling printed to fit into my molar and glued to it. There was no actual crown or cap. Just a glued piece of something that needed to be filed down along with other molar to keep the bite (3rd red flag). I'd never needed any major dental work in my life and did not know there was supposed to be an actual crown, hence the name. 1 year later, the sensitivity came back which turned into pain. I decided to see a different dentist to find out the root canal was improperly done and got infected over time. I needed to have the molar that was supposed to be saved removed along with the one next to it! NEVER again am I going back there. The damage was too extensive which also explains why his license has been taken away in the past.

While he is gentle, and kind, he is also funny and interesting. I drive 40 minutes to get there, passing by many dental offices along the way. It's worth the drive when you find someone that takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, and that the treatment suits you appropriately. His staff is amazing, they get to know you, and engage with you to make sure everything is as it should be. He takes care of my husband as well, and tries to make sure that our appointments are on the same day so that we may come down to Kenosha together. I'm sure that we will be his patients for a very long time!

I had a procedure done on 7/30/24 and was told that the temperature sensitivity might take several…read moreweeks to subside. However, as of last week, the pain has become unbearable. I called the office to report the extreme discomfort caused by the procedure they performed. The office manager said they could see me, but only if I paid for another visit. I understand they need to make money, but I don't see why there should be a charge just to check their own work and ensure everything was done correctly, especially when I'm experiencing pain directly related to their procedure. My insurance no longer covers this office, and considering they've already performed two deep cleans and an initial visit, I would think they would take responsibility to help a patient in pain. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up than the office manager, even the doctor, but was refused each time. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
