Turns out Vicki not only has experience handling disputes with the county, she has family members who worked for the county assessor's office (so she knows how things work). Vicki was prepared to provide an appraisal quickly and affordably, but after reviewing my situation she advised that while the county's assessment was sloppily done, the impact on my tax bill (what I ultimately cared about) was unlikely to improve (for reasons too complex to go into here). I was grateful and impressed with Vicki's knowledge, efficiency, and honesty. She could easily have convinced me to pursue and appraisal, but advised me not to. Now I can rest easy that my tax bills are fair, which I consider a win.

In defense of all property management businesses, there should be a separate category to review for tenants to review and then another for clients to review. I inquired to help a friend find the best property manager available for he & his wife to entrust their home with while they move out of area. I certainly would not want to take on the huge task, responsibility, liability to be the person that everyone either brings their negative issues to or receives news to pay on time and/or penalties or eventually evictions. Enter Sue: Sue did not try to sell me on anything! She won me over immediately with her straightforwardness together combine with her customer service. I gathered everything that I needed to pass on to my friend with full confidence. Sue even followed up later in the day and was willing and able to change around her personal schedule to be available for my friend. Application has be in "final review" for over 2 weeks & they always say they're waiting for the manager to review it. How long does it take? I feel like I'm hounding them to get anything done. Shouldn't tell people they can move in in a few days when you mean to drag the process out for as long as you can it seems. Stay away they'll just take your money & give you the run around.

First, They work off of old systems and do not take applications online. We printed the application and filled it out. Then we called to see what else they would need to start the process. They asked for pay stub, (we gave four)and $60. For a credit report. They wanted this Before we could even see the place. We gave everything they asked for and scheduled a viewing of the property for the next day, being that they close at 4:30pm everyday. (Not much time for working people). We attended the viewing and found that we were interested. So we ask how long it would take to know if we got in. The person said "you'll know with in three days". We left and waited the three days, no call. Mind you we make 4x times the rent, have good credit, never been evicted. They then call days later and ask all these questions about our credit report and asked for more pay stubs. After entertaining their interrogation. We waited a week with no call back. We called them to find out what was going on, they said they would give us an answer by the weeks end. It's been two weeks since. We still haven't heard a damn thing. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are scam of a company and should be shut down. STAY AWAY!
