In defense of all property management businesses, there should be a separate category to review for tenants to review and then another for clients to review. I inquired to help a friend find the best property manager available for he & his wife to entrust their home with while they move out of area. I certainly would not want to take on the huge task, responsibility, liability to be the person that everyone either brings their negative issues to or receives news to pay on time and/or penalties or eventually evictions. Enter Sue: Sue did not try to sell me on anything! She won me over immediately with her straightforwardness together combine with her customer service. I gathered everything that I needed to pass on to my friend with full confidence. Sue even followed up later in the day and was willing and able to change around her personal schedule to be available for my friend. I'm a full time realtor who has finally found my go to recommendation to refer to anyone who is not ready to sell but for whatever needs to rent their home. Thank you very much Sue.

I reached out to the property management team and I was really impressed with how quickly they handled my work order. They called in a plumber who found the toilets were older and the tanks have equipment that was corroding. They quickly got in touch with the homeowner and we had replacement toilets approved without any hassle or delay. I do my best to take good care of the property, but things happen, and it's reassuring to know the management team is responsive, maintenance issues seriously. They don't even respond to emails when you have questions, and they simply collect the HOA dues from time to time. They've changed the billing collection company, so every time you have to figure out how to pay the new dues. The billing software that you use has lots of bugs, so even if you set it to auto-pay, it will keep charging you additional fees. I am truly sorry if this is a company you have to deal with. If any HOA board members are reading this, please do not sign up this company to manage your building. It will get absolutely trashed. They will not do any maintenance or upkeep, and your property values will plummet.
