For the price, it's very rare to find other places offer so much like they do. Most places charge around that much for the haircut alone. You get your moneys worth for sure. I mean not only do they wash your hair but give you a scalp massage, face massage, plus hot towel service. It was one of those services that you just didn't want to end. I try to set appointment and said to me that "no appointment needed". Yesterday I show up and there is a list with one person written down before me and one person waiting on lobby. After a while I saw the guy to be next and been seat with Ashor. Just in that moment few other guys arrived and couple were smoking with Ashor. I wake up to ask how many guys are before me?(Since the other person on list didnt had assigned with a specific Barber I assumed I could be after him) but Ashor started counting the 2 guys smoking. Plus the guy inside and another more who was in his way and told me I you could be next until 330pm. I arrived at 12pm and was almost 1pm. I really get upset and sid I had to be at Ohare at 330pm exactly and leave. Really Piss me out. Last time they dont accept appointment and nobody but 1 person before me in the list. My respect for your great job and miracles that u do for me . You are spectacular and professional. Either you guys need a secretary or make your mind that list needs to be updated with people present on hold plus waiting in lobby and your appointments. Giving you 5 stars because the great job. You can even specify a hairstylist should you have a preference. Someone from the salon called to check in and ensure I had the best experience by asking a few basic questions about what I wanted for a cut. I was really impressed by the thoroughness in follow-up. When I got to the salon, check in was quick, the front desk kindly asked to hang up my coat, and there was no wait time (despite arriving slightly early for my appointment). You could also request a refreshment, and they have one of the most extensive coffee menus I've ever seen! The wash, cut, and styling were all done seamlessly, with my stylist periodically asking clarifying questions along the way. I paid at the door, and inquired when I should be back. Another staff member knowledgeably mentions about 6-8 weeks to maintain the shape of the cut. Everyone was so warm and kind. Not to mention, there's great parking in the front and in the alley.
