Basically the barber was rude and didn't have ANY customer service skills. He didn't use scissors!!! I brought my 98 yo Dad in. He used a #2 head and basically cut down all the hair to 1/4! Neither did he shave behind the ears and neck like every other old guy barber I've been too! I'll never go back. BTW: $27 for a below standard haircut is robbery. No senior discount! Incredibly bad customer service. not only he didn't wear a mask but had the nerve to ask me to also remove it from my 7 yr old even after I was offered to hold it in place one side at a time so he can trim around the ears, he refused. I had the worst experience of my life with this barber. After getting a haircut, it was my turn to pay and this barber said we only accept CASH!!! So I asked if he would take Zelle for payment and he said NO!! Then I told him that I would get the cash from a nearby ATM and he said I had to either leave my car keys or my cell phone with him. I told him that couldn't find an ATM without my cellphone's gps and I needed my car to drive to the ATM. So instead, I offered my driver's license and he got mad and said NO!! What a joke!! It's not the customer's fault that you don't have a credit card machine, it's your fault, put a big sign outside your shop that says CASH ONLY. They want CASH to avoid paying taxes!! I have been going to Simon for years. His shop is so simple and Basic I can't believe it's on Yelp LOL. Just remodeled it, very modern and clean! I have never had an issue with my haircuts here. They have always been spot on! This is the best place to get a haircut... I just read the comment some "John" left. Hilarious! I have gone to this barbershop for the past five years. Today, I went in for a regular haircut, but came away, through the barber's misunderstanding of my wishes, I came away with a crew cut. I have been getting my haircut at this place the same way for the past five years. Apparently, today, there are only two choices with this barber. A "regular" haircut or a crew cut. I had expressed that it had been awhile since my last haircut, but that I did not want to take much off. This led to a discussion of razor numbers. Still under the impression that my number choice would not mean crew cut, I agreed to number three. He proceeded to start shaving one side of my head, which was the point of no return. At this point, we argued. He was insulting and rude. I explained that this was not what I asked for. To his credit, he did not charge me, but told me not to frequent his establishment anymore. This was a disappointing lack of communication. I feel he misunderstood my words, especially considering that he has been in cutting my hair the same way for the last five years. read more

Worst Barber EVER when I came in for a hair cut it was 30 minutes before closing and I guess he didn't think anyone else would come in and when I did as I came in he rolled his eyes at me.
