The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming when I was making my appointment and when I checked in. The hygienist who took the x-rays and completed the cleaning was very friendly and gentle. Dr. Winburn came in at the end to review the x-rays and my mouth. He was also very gentle and I appreciated his calm demeanor. I was very happy with the visit and decided to schedule my appointment for 6 months out and appointments for my 2 kids. It was a good experience!

Dr. Winburn and his staff are tremendous! In the beginning, my visits were pain free because of the care they take while cleaning performing other dental work. Now, my visits are pain free because they have helped me learn how to keep my mouth and gums very clean. Three members of my family--a 15-year-old, a 7-year-old, and myself--were all treated by Dr. Brendan. Every single one of us ended up needing another dentist to fix his work. Not one, not two--every patient he treated in our family required corrective care elsewhere. That's not bad luck, that's a pattern. We gave the office multiple chances to make it right. After repeat visits and no real resolution, we finally had to put our foot down and refuse to see him again. What made things worse was the experience with the senior dentist. His bedside manner with my young daughter was completely unacceptable. He didn't explain anything he was doing and repeatedly put instruments in her mouth without warning or reassurance. Watching your child sit there confused and scared while someone in a position of authority ignores basic communication is something no parent should have to deal with. The outcome speaks for itself. Our 7-year-old had to be referred to a pediatric dentist and ended up needing a tooth pulled. I had to go to an endodontist for a full root canal after what was supposed to be a simple cavity. These aren't minor issues--these are major corrections. But honestly, the worst part is what it did to my kids. My 7-year-old used to be completely fine going to the dentist--now she's scared and anxious. My 15-year-old has developed dental anxiety as well. That didn't happen by accident. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes patient care, communication, and especially how children are treated, this was not our experience at all. We won't be back, and I wouldn't trust them with my family again.

I had another bad tooth in my mouth and this one was near the front of my smile line. I was very self conscious as it broke and knew I needed to do something soon. My brother told me about offices in his area that were easy going and helpful which encouraged me. I tried one place in OP and they asked me If I just wanted to have all of my teeth pulled. They offered me some ideas on how they can help save my teeth but it was going to be an extraordinary amount of money. My wife talked me into trying Parkway Plaza and from the beginning the staff and dentist were very helpful and patient with me. They discussed options to make me more comfortable and they asked me questions rather than told me what to do. I've now had some work done and I'm very grateful. I've had little to no pain and I feel like I can smile again. I would recommend their office to anyone. This office has a great deal of compassion for theirs customers. Julie is a very special ambassador to their office who is very helpful and makes it clear that they're here for you. I will also say in regards to my anxiety toward future visits it has nearly diminished.

During this crazy pandemic it was hard to get in anywhere nearby, but they were able to squeeze me in sooner than anywhere else. They did warn me it would take awhile this first time because they had to take x-rays and photos, but hopefully everything will go a lot faster next visit. The wait to be seen by the doctor was quick and thorough. Dr. Ediger had great bedside manners and his staff Ashley and hygienist were all so kind. The facility was top-notch and was super accommodating. I love that everyone wore masks and that they had a wash your hands at the side before anything and temp check protocol, kudos to them for keeping their facility as safe and clean as they can. I had a wonderful experience and am glad we found our new family dentistry here in Kansas.

A coworker used to live in Brookside and went to Gregory Family Dental. When he found out that's where I was going for a check up, he said, "Ah....Emil....good guy."

The charge was $185. My research indicated that was dramatically higher than other dentists in the area. No other services were provided and I did not get a visit from Sjogren. I have since changed dentist and had a cleaning for $90. I have seen an attitude change at his office. I'm pretty loyal, but I'm done. My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!
