We chose this spot for our 4 year anniversary and were treated with excellence. When we arrived, a small bouquet of flowers awaited us at our table. We had floor seating and enjoyed the music and the food. There was a 3 course menu that we chose from: started with the strawberry salad and peach glazed pork belly paired with grapefruit fizz mocktails. We both chose the seared halibut as our entree, and dessert was the chocolate stout cake and coconut panna cotta. WOW. That coconut panna cotta was absolutely one of the best desserts I've had. It was light and wonderful, perfect way to end the meal. I would definitely come back here in the future, it can be hard to find intimate setting restaurants in Denver and even fewer with wonderful live music. This place hit the spot.

Staff was accommodating and changed for a night that worked best. Did the prefix dinner and a show with the wine and n/a pairing. Absolutely recommend. Paella - 10/10 the sauce? Yes. Salmon - perfectly cooked 10/10 Duck confit - recommend (a little kick but must try, I promise) 10/10 Korean fried chicken - ufff delish 10/10 Dessert: Banana Tart? - Mm hmm that was my fave - there is a sesame crisp I believe that was excellent on that dessert. Tried to get everything - recommend. :) you will enjoy a beautiful night with good food and great music.

Date night done right -- if you know where to look…read more Dazzle has been on my radar for a while, and finally going with my husband for a show did not disappoint. Tucked inside the Denver Performing Arts Complex at 1080 14th Street, the space has a jazzy, intimate feel that somehow still delivers impressive surround sound for live music. For a room that seats around 140, the acoustics are genuinely good -- the kind that make you lean in and actually listen. The performance itself was well DAZZLING, FANTASTIC, MEMORABLE, POWERUL, and the layout of the space contributes to that. Dazzle is a serious listening room, and they ask that you keep conversation minimal during the music -- which I appreciated. It sets a tone. This isn't background noise; it's the main event. A note on the food and drink: there's a two-item minimum per person, which I understand and respect. Tickets support the artists; the minimum supports the venue. That said, we ordered the charcuterie board and I'll be honest -- for what was on the board, the price felt a little steep. Wouldn't order it again. What did win me over, unexpectedly, was the hot tea selection. I don't drink much, and having a beautiful, thoughtfully curated tea menu was a small but memorable touch. I'm already thinking about what I'll try at our next show. Dazzle is a great pick for date nights, jazz lovers, or anyone who wants a real night out in Denver -- not just dinner and a movie. With 60 to 70 shows a month across jazz, blues, R&B, and more , there's always a reason to go back.

Brunch is BACK at Dazzle and our family could not be happier…read more There's just something magical about building your own huevos rancheros while sipping a bottomless Aperol Spritz. The cheesy grits? Comfort food perfection. Waffles made to order? Yes, please. It's the kind of menu that makes everyone at the table feel like they won brunch. And then... the music. Alex Trujillo's Bossa Duo set the vibe just right -- smooth, breezy, sophisticated without being stuffy. It felt like we'd stumbled into a little pocket of Rio in Denver. Super chill, easy conversation, toe-tapping in your seat energy. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming...the kind where you never have to flag anyone down but also don't feel rushed. If you're looking for a brunch that feels elevated but still relaxed (and delicious across the board), Dazzle absolutely delivers. We'll be back!
