We were blindsided by bills every visit, but the last visit was especially hard because of financial issues and when I called to ask questions, they were rude, argumentative, and tried to say they told us about the charges beforehand. If I say I was not told, then I was not told, telling me I must have forgotten or repeatedly saying I was told does not do anything besides make me more angry about the situation. They aren't willing to discuss and negotiate ANYTHING, they just refused to work with us at all on anything. They have been pushy and stressed extreme urgency with almost everything related to my daughter's care despite 4-5 other dentists saying they've never heard of a dentist doing this that or the other before, but everybody here thinks they're the best. My own experiences prior to this differed so much that I just figured pediatric dental care must have to follow different standards of care, policies, procedures that I've never heard of before and that aren't listed anywhere with the pediatric dental associations I've talked with (state and national). The young lady (I believe her name was Kam) at the front desk was by herself checking people in and out and even though it was very busy she was serving each person with the biggest smile and the most heartfelt personality. If she was overwhelmed you never would have known. She welcomed us in and answered every question we had with ease and made us feel very taken care of & help our children feel comfortable and even explained in a way they understood what they were getting done. She was the highlight of our experience at the dentist!! Thank you to her and everyone else that was working that day that made our experience amazing!

These are corporate dental box stores that use dentists that graduate from wherever and speak whatever languages and treat you the same way once they get you into the dental chair. The Dental Hygienists are the same way. All of them are on a quota system and it's all about the dollar system for these dental box stores and not your care. Your care doesn't matter, but your dollars do. May 15 I went in for a right side deep cleaning. They took me back and numb my right side up. Then the hygienist left and took care of someone else. When she came back the numbness was wearing off and the Dentist had to re-numb me again. This is Saturday and a portion of my right lip and jaw area is still numb. My right jaw area swollen and lower right jaw area is bruised (my right side jaw stayed bruised for two weeks). I expect and demand professionally trained dental professionals to provide care when I pay top dollar when I for their services. Not be a training tool for apprentice level corporate clearing house transfer stations. I texted photos to the Bella Smiles to verify my what I said. I'll cancel my next Friday appointment to have my left side deep cleaning done. Aren't there any good dentists in the surrounding area?

The first visit was just a check up, but my daughter was treated so very well and we had such a pleasant experience - despite the fact that she was freaking out minutes before we got to their office (again, as a result of a TERRIBLE experience at Kool Smiles). Based on the first visit when we came back to have a filling put in a couple of weeks later, my daughter was not nervous or afraid at all. The Dr was very thorough and calm. The nursing staff have obviously been trained well on how to speak to children and the fact that they seem to actually like kids helps. Our main nurse was Tiffany and she was awesome and made for a very pleasant visit. Today could've been a nightmare for my entire family, but instead it was a walk in the park because of the professionalism shown by Fadal Dentistry. I highly recommend them.
