As a health professional, I was impressed with the carside check-in for patients and the streamlined approach to getting patients to exam rooms. Every single person in the office was following appropriate COVID-19 precautions. From the office staff to the hygienist Katy, to Dr. Jay Castle, everyone in the office was grade A, first class. My hygienist, Katy, was warm, friendly, and professional. She made me feel at ease and was thorough and efficient. My exam felt like I was only there for a few minutes and she really put my mind at ease. I had zero discomfort with the x-rays or the exam. Dr. Castle was gentle and timely and super nice. The office was clean and well-run. This was by far one of my best dental experiences ever! Would highly highly recommend!

If I could give this "so called" person a zero, I would. He has NO compassion or ethics whatsoever…read more He is extremely hateful. He put people in pain for his own satisfaction and his nurse. He does place the "dry" q-tip on an area close to where he is performing the procedure, instead of having the numbing medication on the q-tip. He also places the needle to another area different than the needed area for the patient. Ultimately, leads to extreme distress and pain to the patient. I believe that GOD will address this issue and the establishment he works for ought to as well. I have heard that these issues with this "so called" dentist has happened quite a few times, even on children. Please save yourself or your loved ones from going to him! By looking at some other reviews, it appears that he doesn't like using anesthesia, OUCH!
