Shortly after the Dental assistant came back to inform me that the doctor would be in shortly only for me to tell her he had just finished ripping my tooth out. She looked completely shocked which showed me he not only did the procedure without the proper numbing medicine, without notifying fellow staff, and without any regard for my welling being or safety as a patient. I had to ask the dental assistant to get pain medication prescribed to me for the amount of pain I was in due caused by this "Doctor." He should not be allowed to preform procedures or practice any form of medicine if he is going to treat his patients as if they are a burden to his life! My welling being and health is something I do not play about at all and this is an experience I hope I can save the next person from!! If I could leave no stars I absolutely would this office should be investigated! They will not do anything about it cause he is a "Owner Doctor" but the fact he is still doing this to people with only conversations as a consequence is ABSURD

He did not introduce himself and immediately upon seeing my X-rays said my tooth had to come out! He stated I would need an implant to follow in 3 months . He seemed to have a slight arrogance and unprofessional attitude towards my questions. I wasn't sure I wanted to have my tooth pulled but he assured me, my tooth was dying and needed to come out now! It was already painful so I agreed. The technician assisting , chatted casually with him about a dream she had of him the night before, which was unprofessional. Upon learning my tooth needed to come out, he failed miserably at explaining his approach. He also failed at many attempts, due to lack of knowledge or concern to deaden my tooth. His inability to do so caused me extreme discomfort and pain! I counted at least 10 or more, deep and painful injections with no relief. He was extremely rough and didn't give any warning of what was happening before or during his botched attempt to remove my tooth. I truly felt powerless and at his mercy!! The pain was absolutely too much to take, and I eventually begged him to please, stop! He didn't. I cried asking if there was another way or option to get the tooth out? He never responded to me! He continued to ignore me and my reactions to the pain I was clearly experiencing in front of them both but never spoke a word to me!! My appt was at 7:30 am and was there for over 3 hours! Ive never felt more helpless in my life! Todd Hegmann gave absolutely no warning for what he was about to do to me and that's why I'm writing this review! A warning to you! No one should have to suffer at the hands of this incompetent man. He administered so many numbing injections, that my entire face, nose, forehead and both eyes drooped. Yet, he failed to properly deaden the root of my tooth, but proceeded to drill , in spite of me saying , I feel pain! I would not take my dog to this man!! Once the tooth was finally out, he said he called in an antibiotic and pain medication to my pharmacy. I only received the antibiotic. Nothing for pain. I had to experience yet even more debilitating pain for the next 24hours until the pharmacy finally received the prescription for pain medication to following evening. He failed all the way around! A dentist who "hums happily" while you are being ignored and experiencing unreal amount of pain, begging him to please stop, that is incapable of validating his patients requests, concerns or pain has a very dark spirit should not be allowed to do complex procedures or dentistry at all !! He has no compassion! He doesn't listen! He doesn't care. He may be from Texarkana but he has no connection to human kindness or feeling of local pride in treating your hometown people that may trust you, or know your family, and for God sakes, your associates that work along side him. DO NOT USE HIM! Don't believe the favorable reviews likely written by his staff.. there is NO WAY this man isn't mistreating countless others.

i do not recommend this place to anyone. they are very unprofessional dishonest and extremely…read moreexpensive ‼‼on 9/23/24 i paid dr. mario pary $220 for consultation and discussed cosmetic dental services. on 9/23/24 i also received a deep cleaning, 8 teeth filed down, and prepped for veneers and temporary fillings. i was approved for a $2000 loan that i paid $522.28 towards along with $8,000 cash i put towards a $xx,xxx dollar dental bill. on 10/14/24, during my visit, dr.pary filed my teeth again and put on temporary fillings. i asked dr. parys assistant, when should i expect my veneers she responds: they haven't sent them out to the lab, and it could be 3 to 5 weeks, and if dr. pary doesn't like the veneers it could take longer because he'd send them back to the lab so they couldn't give another appointment date yet. i found that odd because that should have been discussed during my visit. as time progressed and my gums were healing, i noticed my gums weren't even, and the temporary fillings were very imperfect. also, he didn't include teeth whitening in my dental plan so that my veneers could match my other teeth. so 10/21/24 i visited the office and expressed my concerns with dr.parys assistant, and she told me dr. pary would be available in an hour. when i spoke with dr. pary and expressed i wasn't satisfied with my his work and i would like to pay him for the work he's done and be refunded whats left dr. parys gets upset because he doesn't like my response and tells me im being loud. but dr.pary never acknowledged any of my concerns. he basically told me i won't be getting my money today, he doesn't write checks and his assistant handles the books. his assistant comes in and tells me i 0we the office $14,000 for teeth cleaning, 8 teeth prepped for veneers and temporary fillings. i showed her my receipt and broke down pricing dr. pary comes in aggressively and tells me im being loud again and to not yell at his assistant the assistant runs out of the room crying and the dr.pary walks out and leaves me in a room for about 8 minutes. i called the police because at this point this is ridiculous all of this is non sense and was being staged just to not refund my money. the assistant comes back in says she's sorry and continues to ask me what i didn't like about my teeth etc as if she didn't just run out of the room crying. eventually the police arrive and dr.pary asks me to leave and never come back of course. but dr.pary never asked me to leave until the police came. if i was too loud, why didn't he ask me to leave the office????long story short the police officers ended up getting the dental lab telephone number for me that supposedly had my venners because dr. pary and his assistant wouldn't give me that information because i wanted a refund. i called the dental lab and canceled the venners. dr.pary didn't give me a refund and told me i'd have to sue him for my refund. 1 photo 1 of 5 photo 2 of 5 photo 3 of 5 photo 4 of 5 photo 5 of 5
