Two stars only because the nurses, PAs, and front desk staff do the best they can with what they're given. I've spent almost two years watching my wife suffer from pain due to actively growing masses on her ovaries and uterus. Her provider refuses to perform the surgery necessary because it is against his beliefs, severe pain is not enough justification to remove her ovaries and uterus, and"she may eventually want to have kids." I had a vasectomy in 2022. My ex-wife and I had three children together that she is, for lack of a better phase, second mom. Her and I have been together since the youngest was less than a year old. She has children. Maybe not biologically her's, but they are her's just as much as they are mine and my ex-wife's. She has done everything and tried everything that she's been told do by him, and yet he still refuses to even consider surgery. We are finished staying up all night because she is in so much pain that she cannot sleep. We are finished suffering because a doctor puts his own beliefs over the wellbeing of his patients. Personal bias has no place in healthcare. We will be finding a new provider and never return to this company for any kind of care or treatment. I hope and highly suggest that others do the same.
