    Absolutely horrible place! I see Dr.Morris who actually is a fantastic doctor, but her staff is…read moreuseless, rude and they lie! I called on May 28th to make an appointment as I have been in severe pain. I cannot sleep, hurts to walk, hurts to lie down and hurts to sit. I pretty much can not get comfortable. Anyway, I call and the receptionist says that I can't be seen until June 21st, but that she will connect me to the nurse! What's the point of doing that? The nurse there does nothing to help! All she ever says is "Go to urgent care!" I have a doctor, so why do I need to go to urgent care?!? After I made the appointment, I was sent a link from Beacon to make a new appointment if I wanted to be seen sooner. So, I'm able to make an appointment for June 10th. I schedule the appointment, then today, two hours before my appointment, I get a call from Barbara telling me that I won't be able to be seen today and that I have to wait until the 21st! And why can't I be seen today? Because it's only a 15 minute appointment! Okay, and?!? I can't be seen and treated in 15 minutes?!? Oh, and Barbara said someone called me and left a message, but no one ever called me! That's another thing about this place. They lie about calling, they NEVER return phone calls EVER, if insurance puts a prior on a medication, I either never get the medicine or get it two months later and the nurse is rude and if you have an issue and are connected back to her, she tells you to go to urgent care, even though having a doctor is WHY you shouldn't have to go to urgent care!!! Beacon is a huge joke and they time out appointments, so if your appointment might take 20 minutes and all they have are 15 minute appointments, then you may be waiting a month or longer to see the doctor! This place needs to hire new staff and get rid of the lazy, incompetent, lying employees who couldn't care less about the patients! My doctor called me in a medicine on April 28th and my insurance put a prior on it. I kid you not, I did not get that medicine until 4 days ago on June 6th! This is what happens with this office every single time there's a prior on something! So, took this worthless staff over 6 weeks to get me my medicine that I should have had a day or two after it was originally called in! It's too bad that the staff here sucks because the doctor is truly amazing!
