They even helped me to understand what my next steps are beyond my time in therapy. Thank you to Chad and Ricardo, I am healing better and faster than I could have imagined. It is clear to me that this place delivers consistent and high quality care for its patients... as long as they fit a certain expectation. Unfortunately, my experience here is tainted by the way the front office staff treated my friend. I will let my friend speak for herself. I am attaching a photo of a review she submitted on Indeed.com. That review was not accepted, presumably because the business didn't want to post it on their Indeed page. Please read that attached review before finishing this review. When I asked the other front staff where my friend was, they tried to lie to me! Renee told me that she was not fired but instead that she chose to not work there. I am a white male so I am not surprised that my personal experience as a physical therapy patient was better than others' experiences here. Additionally, I believe that creating a hostile environment for a pregnant woman is directly contradictory to the role of physical therapists. I sincerely hope, for the health of future patients and workers, that this office addresses its deep rooted issues. The front staff at McDonald's Physical Therapy is discriminatory and dishonest. And they aren't even the people doing the real therapy work! How petty.

He always takes time to address my questions and concerns and never makes me feel rushed during my appointments. He has always been very kind and respectful and I trust he and his PA Jake Fraker will do an excellent job when I have my knee surgery next month. I highly recommend Dr Henry Kim and Jake Fraker PA-C.

He's very rude to me when I'm by myself to see him and different when my husband is along, he knows what he's doing And is very professional at his job but when it comes to bedside manner, he's lousy.!!! I ran into another woman when I went to see him on the same day and she said that he is not found of women at all. If this is the case, he should do strictly men. not only was he rude, but he is insulting to me.!!! I'm a senior citizen and have extremely weak legs. I went in to see him because my leg was bothering me. He wanted me to jump up on the table in my leg was already wrapped up in a brace. There was no way I couldn't get on that table even if it wasn't in embrace, the table is very far up and I can't even use a step. My legs are that weak. When I told him I couldn't do it. He wasn't too happy about it. That being said I recommend South Bend Orthopedic. I just don't recognize Dr. Henry Kim He's just plain rude.!! I wish I would've read reviews on him before I've seen him. i've seen him a few times when my husband was with me he was decent when I read reviews on him. The first time I should've stayed away. There was many complaints on him stating how rude he is to women I should've listened..

I can only describe my experience with this physician as an unexpected nightmare. Never in my life…read morehad I felt belittled or traumatized in a doctor's office. I suppose there is a first for everything, and this definitely was a learning experience for me. I drove over 2 hours to this doctor after being told by my rheumatologist to find a doctor who has a knowledge base of connective tissue disorders. The doctor walked into the exam and sat down across from me without shaking my hand. At this point, I introduced myself and I attempted to provide the doctor with my medical history by handing him a medical outline and verbally describing my symptoms. The doctor then read many questions off of a checklist without making eye contact with me. At pauses between questions, I again attempted to tell the doctor the reason I was there, the problems I was experiencing, my symptoms, and my quite complex medical history. The doctor did not seem to hear me, or if he did, did not respond to me or any information I tried to give him. Thereafter, I was not given a physical exam, which I found was very strange.. After no physical exam, the doctor proceeded to demonstrate several of his own health issues in the exam room, including stretching his neck skin, pulling up his pants and describing his scars in a very loud voice, and dislocating his joints in front of me. He then loudly asked me questions such as "Can you do this? Can you do this" in conjunction with his demonstrations. He then shared all of his current medications and their uses. I felt very uncomfortable and had no idea how to respond. Unfortunately, I ended up not getting correct diagnoses from this doctor. I will have to say, that I am very lucky, because after being incredibly shocked by this doctor's visit, I found a few of the United State's best physicians, in Chicago and across the country. These other physicians correctly diagnosed me with several overlapping and debilitating conditions including a heart defect.
