Used Jason Guida to get my LTC. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I attempted…read moreto apply for an LTC where I own businesses and they wouldn't even accept my application. I was in my local gun shop with a friend and they all suggested giving Jason a call, unanimously (3 separate kiosks in the shop with independent dealers, so around 8 people). He has a reputation for only taking cases he can win and not just taking people's money for his time if he can't effect the outcome people are looking for. I called Jason's office and spoke with his staff who were knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight and then he reviewed my case and said he would take me on. This was during the height of Covid and they were still answering their office phones. In my experience, he was completely direct and to the point, which is something I value. He navigated me through the entire process, always answered his email with every annoying question I had, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I can say with great confidence, without Jason's services, I would not have secured my LTC. Jason's service is top notch. He does criminal defense to my understanding as well, and although I hope I never need his services again, I know who my guy is if I do.

Beware if you get him appointed to be your guardian ad Litem. Ask your Judge for a new guardian ad…read moreLitem, because you saw this post because he is very biased and opinionated, and he did not gather the right facts because his own point of view was in the way. He misunderstood most of the situations. The Report with very long and criticizing both parents. The honorable judge could see that he was very opinionated and was running off his his beliefs instead of real life circumstances and he completely interpreted fax from doctors wrong, where the doctors were very insulted that he butchered their interview. One of the attorney on trail was also a GAL and she never seen someone do such a unethical bias job. Chris Carbone made an ass out of himself, it was a painful testimony to watch. The honorable judge didn't follow any of his recommended orders. Therefore he was a waste of money. I never write bad reviews but people have to know they are getting scammed when firing this guy.

My husband's evil former employers put us in the unfortunate position of needing a lawyer when they…read morechallenged his and several other former employees eligibility for unemployment benefits. In the letter advising us of our impending hearing, there were several suggested law firms to call. This was the first one we contacted and were lucky enough to be connected to Attorney Michael Mason. The lawfirm charged a flat fee and then gives a reduced rate flat fee if there's an appeal. Mr. Mason was extremely affable and explained the process clearly. He took a lot of the anxiety out of the experience, because he was soft-spoken, optimistic, and organized. I liked him too because he looked like Casey Affleck; my husband was impressed that he knew stuff about the Scottish Premier League. The professionalism of Corrigan, Bennett and Belfort was highlighted on the day of the hearing, when our well-prepared and calm Mr. Mason went up against the disorganized and nervous lawyer for the company. I also think his experience in the unemployment hearings office was a factor in our receiving the judgement so quickly. The next day--and the hearing didn't finish until 2:30pm--we got notice in the mail that the company had lost and that we got to keep the unemployment. I was actually going to give the law firm five stars anyway, but getting notice so fast after Mr. Mason had advised us that that particular judge was usually very fast just affirmed his skills. Should you ever also find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an employment lawyer, I would definitely recommend this firm. They are (relatively) affordable, straightforward, professional, experienced and kind.
