I contacted 3 firms, and very same day I had an initial easy talk with Kathy - no big promises, but information on my standings in this situation. Then we got started! It was stressful as every legal action. But what was in power of my lawyers - Kathy and Timothy, was done perfectly, with clear and timely communication. Their knowledge and experience definitely helped, and smart strategy also. Just 2 days ago I got a very last check for my settlement. And here is why I am happy with my choice of KJC - I am on intersection of JUST and FAIR in my case. Cheers to that!

Greater Boston Legal Services does not deserve any star at all. The only reason I gave them one…read morestar is that you had to give one. I tried to help my brother obtain legal help because he was and is being exploited, abused and mistreated by the housing authority. Greater Boston Legal Services will gladly accept donations but they do not want to help anyone. The receptionist was ignorant, arrogant and belligerent. He did not know the difference between criminal law and civil law. Do not waste your time with them.

Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm to landlords.

Matt was amazing. He kept us updated every step of the way and took the time to make sure we understood what was going on and what was the best course of action for US, not what would bring him the most billable hours. Matt is EXTREMELY knowledgable and always got back to us right away if we had any questions. He is very easy to work with ( I was actually out of state and he went above and beyond to make it work!). I can't say enough good things. If you or anyone you know are in need of a good, hardworking and honest attorney, give Matt a call! You won't regret it!!

One of the few times I ever look forward to going to an attorney's office…read more I had hit my wit's end when I came to Warshaw, Dicarlo & Associates with a multi-faceted real estate problem. I consider myself an extremely resourceful, natural problem solver, but I had gotten to a point where I simply didn't even know what questions to ask, and was starting to break my golden rule of never becoming emotional about a business problem. I've been meeting with George and Dominic, who are among the most engaging, pleasant people (not just attorneys) I've ever met. I come from a family of attorneys and bankers, and have built a rather narrow, framed opinion of both fields. I'm happy to say that this firm is simply the cream of the pedigree crop, that has opened my eyes on how real estate is and should be done. George and Dominic walked me through everything that I need to consider, were very clear about my options, provided suggestions, and most importantly, helped me understand the financial considerations of whatever path I choose. I highly recommend this firm for whatever real estate business you are engaged with in Boston. Simply beyond expectation.
