I started my first case with Natalie, who left the firm and her assistant. (not saying name because I wasn't thrilled). I NEVER received a call/email from her assistant asking how I was doing. Jason says in his ads that clients receive calls every 2 weeks. I didn't receive one and I felt like I was doing all of the work. I was switched to Attorney Greenstein and Jen and I couldn't be happier! They are exceptional and I wish I was assigned to them from the start. We are nearing a settlement for my first case. We are working on a new case now and I requested Atty Greenstein to stay as my attorney. I know I will receive the best results/outcomes with this team. I am grateful.

In desperation, I reached out to many law firms I saw on TV, billboards across the U.S., and radio ads. Unfortunately, most of them turned me away, saying they could not take the case. That is when I came across this firm. I decided to read the reviews, and honestly, even those reviews fall short of describing the level of care, support, and professionalism we received. From the very beginning, we were treated like family. The attention, communication, and dedication were truly exceptional, especially from Mariana and Stacey. They were always responsive, always present, and guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity. Our victory in the case impressed us even more than we ever expected. The outcome was beyond what we had imagined, and it truly showed us the level of expertise and commitment they bring to their clients. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for us. I would recommend them a thousand times without hesitation to anyone in need of trustworthy and caring representation.
