Yet on occasion, attorney Talis provided us guidance safely away from overreaching and unreasonable employer demands, which are all-too commonplace in this day and age. It's a narrow path to tread indeed! In our most recent "first life experience," attorney Talis represented us in the sale of our house. We couldn't have done it without him - period! The best way of putting it is this. Who among us has a thorough understanding of what we're signing in the sale of a house? Make no mistake though. Those documents form the basis of parting from or acquisition of the single largest financial investment (for most of us private citizens at least) we'll ever be involved in. No one should attempt the process without legal advice in this 21st Century - especially in light of the recent "real estate bubble" crisis.
