Tuesday: I received a quote on line that was spot on to what I was hoping for so we went to the store to pick out carpet. Stacy sent us home with samples of grade & color of carpet. Wednesday: Took samples back with our decision and deposit to order carpet. Tuesday, July 28th: I called the store to see when my carpet might be in, ETA is tomorrow, if so we can install as early as Friday! Carpet did come in, install was scheduled and 2 weeks to the day of requesting a quote, we were walking on our BEAUTIFUL new Carpet in all bedrooms, hallway and living room. Install went perfectly, had an issue with communication barrier with the installers, called the store and John took care of everything. Thank You Carpet Smart for prompt response, beautiful carpet for a great price & installation with all being done in a very timely manner! I highly recommend Carpet Smart for all your flooring needs!

Long Review A lot of people look to the big home improvement stores when it comes to flooring. I have as well, twice in the past. The issues with the big home improvement stores are 1) Getting good information about products and options can vary depending on who is working that day 2) They are contracting the work out, which isn't always a bad thing but if you have problems with the product or installation, then good luck navigating the big home improvement store bureaucracy. I have experienced problem 2 in the past and it isn't fun. I selected Carpet Smart for installing hardwood floors in my house because of their great reviews on Yelp and other review sites. I also love the fact that they are a local company and it is great thing to support local companies to keep money in the community and help you local small businesses to thrive. The lady in the showroom was very knowledgeable and upfront about their products and flooring in general. They setup a free estimate, which included sending a guy out to measure the rooms. The installation guys were on time each day, were very careful about not damaging anything else in the house while they worked, and most importantly, did high quality work.

Pete was wonderfully informative and after talking for about 45 minutes we left bringing a few of his recommended selections home. He came out to measure and provide an estimate and we came up with the perfect floor for us.
