But I was taking care of a dying mother so I really didn't take time to ask too many questions so when I went back 6 months later I asked about those and I was just told my insurance didn't pay for that. So essentially they were letting them right out of my head until they could give me the dentures that Medicaid will pay for. I found a way to pay for a grand out of pocket to get crowns put on to the teeth that needed it. And those didn't even get sealed properly you can feel the seam with the tongue. I didn't know that shouldn't be how it is. I went back to ask a dentist who was substituting the day I was there about why I didn't feel exactly right he tapped on my tooth, to ask me if it hurt, and when it didn't he said you're fine then. Good to go. I recommend going to third and smiles over by kroger. They're not cheap but they actually do quality work. Mortenson messed me up very well. If I ever end up having to be on Medicaid again, I'll do something else or just not go at all. You might as well not. Let them right out of your head until you need dentures. That's what they're going to do.

I have very high standards when it comes to dental/medical services and observant of attention and the duration of time I walk in and out of the dental office. All of my appointments have started on time and ended in a timely manner and the staff are all highly attentive and competent. Additionally, I have not experienced any pressure to get dental procedures done and have been billed appropriately for the services. Most importantly the online scheduling feature and the availability of appointments has been great. I value this dental office's communication and commitment to dental excellence.

I hate going to the dentist. Any dentist. The word "dentist" makes me break out in hives. I can…read morehandle childbirth, broken limbs, and my favorite restaurant being closed on a Monday, but I just can't handle needles in my mouth, or anywhere in my general vicinity. That being said, I recently had a series of appointments with Dr. Fowler, and I highly recommend her. One of those appointments was for an emergency root canal, and I STILL recommend her. There are several things that are important to me when I see a new health care provider, but the number one thing is that they listen to me and take my concerns seriously. They didn't laugh when I said I have dental phobias, and when I pointed out a sensitive tooth, they didn't heartlessly whack it with a metal hammer to make SURE I was telling the truth...they just believed me! I know, I couldn't believe it, either. My cleaning experience with them was the best I have ever had..gentle, thorough, and, because the hygienist took her time, nearly pain-free. Dr. Fowler is extremely approachable, and she treated me like a person, not like her next appointment. Best part about all my visits with Dr. Fowler? The dog! Dr. Fowler has a teeny tiny hypoallergenic dog that jumped into my lap every time I have been in a treatment chair and cuddled with me through the entire ordeal. No amount of nitrous oxide tops fondling a dog for pure anxiety relief :-) I love the casual atmosphere of this office, and I very much appreciate that they have altered their schedule in order to accommodate me when I was in pain. I highly recommend this dentist and her support staff!

I was OK with that because I had to have it. Then they decided he wouldn't have enough time to do 4 filling so he said it will only be 2 fillings(still at $175). Upon starting the procedure, they couldn't get the vein very well and they kept saying it looks good we got it and he would ask me how I was feeling and I told him the same and they would move it around more. He said I will give you a little more nothing would happen. I cried through the procedure because I was not sedated at all and he even drilled a tooth that was not numb because it would touch where the bottom tooth was that had a filling that was excruciating.I then tried calling him for four weeks to talk to the doctor afterwards they kept saying that he wasn't in. Finally after four weeks he called me back. He could tell I was mad and he said what do you want me to do. I told him he could refund some of my money and he said well I have to see what the dental association has to say about that. Because we obviously couldn't work together and I said no, we cannot. I told him you drilled a tooth that wasn't numb and him he said "I only drilled it a little bit " ?!?!? You hurt me. I paid a $175 for you do drill a tooth that wasn't numb and I only came to you because of dental anxiety and my regular dentist doesn't offer conscious sedation. You did it even after I told you you were doing it. I do not recommend this dentist at all . It was Ward Peipgrass. Find another dentist!! And here's the kicker. The teo teeth he filled were two back bottom molar and I couldn't eat anything on because they were so sensitive for 4 months! I have to either get them pulled or get crowns on them-I got crowns on them. patient be ware!!!
