I will always be grateful to Jason Lasar for helping me refinance my house so fast after I separated from my ex-bf and I had to get him out of the loan and title. I called the loan officer who did my refinance 4 months prior and he said I couldn't refinance again until February but he would not say why. During a friend's get together, I mentioned my situation to Jason and he told me to send him the papers of my refinance since he wanted to know why the other loan officer was telling me that. Jason found out that it was because the guy didn't want to lose his commission. Unfortunately, I had to refinance ASAP so Jason worked very hard to ensure the loan was funded before the end of the year for tax purposes. It was not an easy transaction since I barely qualified, I have a loan for my solar panels, I have a studio I rent out with permits but since it is new the income was not on my taxes and to make matters worse, the loan had to be done at the same time as my other property in Miami which my ex-bf was keeping. Jason is a great loan officer because he knows all the ins and outs, he has years of experience doing loans, he gets to know the client and he respects their favorite method of communication which in my case was text messaging. He has a great team too, Kari and the notary lady were amazing. I have recommended him to my friends already and I really hope they decide to go with him. read more
