I'm crazy about her (not medically speaking). To date, she's been my primary physician for a little over two years. I love that she spends plenty of time. I don't so much like that I usually have to wait longer than my appointment time, but I factor that in when I have an appointment that's later in the day. If my appointment is first thing in the morning, there's no issue. For urgent appointments, I've sometimes gotten in with her, other times I've been given a visit with another physician from the same office, or Linda, her nurse practitioner (all are terrific). I love how she listens. She's excellent at giving advice, including on mental health issues. She doesn't try to be a therapist, but she's good about making sure my panic condition is under control, even when I'm there for regular old physical wear and tear issues. She calls me if I've seen one of her associates and there's some question about my health to be clarified, and she's great about getting test results either mailed or communicated to me via phone. I really love that she's a one-stop shop. She did a nice, thorough history/physical the first time I came in, and she does the annual well-woman exams. In summary, great care of my body and brain, and a downright sweetheart. Her staff members are also quite nice. Her practice partners are excellent.

I can honestly say I have NEVER in all my years been treated that way in my entire life. She was down right confrontational and rude. They have even asked him if he has enough medications and food. It warms my heart to know that the staff at this clinic would worry about their patients like a family member would. Luckily, I live nearby and can help my father, but I can only imagine how helpful this service is to those who do not have family nearby.
