I specifically asked for certain coverages that cover vandalism and theft and it was never added to my policy. Low and behold the vehicle is burglarized, broken window and tagged with graffiti all over. When I go to make a claim they tell me that I'm not covered. I contact this office to clarify why the adjuster is telling me I don't have the coverages I had requested. They tell me I never asked for them. This is clearly not the case, the vehicle this one replaced had the coverages and the new one was supposed to carry over the same types of insurance. Moy and his staff have lied through their teeth to the adjusters and corporate statefarm management and are refusing to own up to their mistakes. Needless to say, this is not the type of place I care to conduct business with, and I have lost all faith in them to properly manage my insurance needs. If you're considering this agent to handle your insurance, I would strongly suggest you find a different agent.
