Although farther out we decided to just choose another primary care doctor and had no reference to work with we just kind of pointed and picked on a list. How lucky were we to have made the most amazing decision not even knowing it. Doctor Din is so responsive, whether it is in an email message through the Health online app, without out question, anything I ask him, provides excellent guidance, I was a 22 year smoker, I asked for help to quit, after 1 month, I was able to quit without further refills on the medication, fast forward 5 years now and still a non-Smoker. Everything went exactly as he said it would and even though I hope to not have the procedure again, I'd recommend him to anybody else in that situation. Added bonus - when I was waiting for my initial consultation, I had two staff members mention to me that he'd be their surgeon for an emergency appendectomy and gall bladder surgery. I figured if his coworkers trusted him enough to do their surgery (and to continue working with him after), that was a vote of confidence in his abilities.

A couple of times she hasn't wanted to try a new prescription for me but here is where she really shines, she listened to my feelings and in one instance talked me out of the drug. In the second instance I knew I was right and she treated me with respect and prescribed the drug I had researched. Turns out it was the right drug for me and she told me that. She is not afraid to let the patient be an active part of their care. She is easy to get a hold of by email. She is not afraid to refer me to a specialist and she is a nice woman. And I thought, let's share how great he is on Yelp too :) - He's very knowledgable. I have a lot of health problems, and from the very first appointment it was impressive how familiar he is with even the more obscure ones. - He's great at really listening, and then giving feedback and/or recommending the right specialist. Seems like he became a doctor for the right reason: He truly wants to help people. - He goes not just off medical literature, but also the experiences of his other patients dealing with the same condition(s). He's made some helpful suggestions to me that have improved my quality of life, more so than any PCP I've ever seen before. - There's rarely any wait time - I think the longest has been something like 10 minutes, and it is usually much less. - Dr Swales and his equally helpful assistant Josh always respond quickly and thoroughly to my messages. I do not recommend this doctor…read more (Maybe in the Covid and not her everyday routine). She is off most of the time and not responsive. You have to follow up and she does not care. She never takes the lead on your health issue. You have to do the internet search and suggest something to her. And of course this is a very bad! Whatever you suggest she says maybe! And that keeps you in limbo! That was very unfortunate that I was assigned to her as my former Dr got sick. She did not do anything for a very obvious illness of me for two years. When I switched to someone else and the new Dr saw the record, he was really amazed! Showed me two years of test results that yelling at you and still zero action from her!
