This firm has no teeth, no fight, and will do absolutely nothing to protect your interests. From the very beginning, they failed to mention that they don't even go to court. Despite the ongoing and obvious issues with my co-owner--my brother--they strung me along for over two years, charging $5,000 upfront, another $9,000 later, and then hitting me with an additional $27,500 at closing without any prior disclosure. All this, and yet no real progress was made. They allowed my brother's lawyer--a local storefront real estate attorney charging only $4,400 over two years--to completely push them around, dictate the terms, and walk all over me. My lawyer had no fight in them to stand up to the other lawyer, protect my interests, or stop me from being taken advantage of. My brother unilaterally evicted tenants, costing me 18 months of rental income, and I made it clear I would not pay for renovations and wanted the property sold as-is.
