Dibello suggested Dysport - never heard of it, but went with it and was satisfied with the result. Fast forward to 2026, I returned for another session of Dysport. I was informed that Dr. Dibello no longer uses Dysport, but was assured that Botox would be just as affective. Dr. Dibello explained to me that Botoxs' results would not be as "immediate" as Dysport, and that it could take several weeks to see full results. Within the first few days, my entire brow line swelled up and was lying on my eyelids to the point to where it was obstructing my vision. My family told me that I looked like a Neanderthal. Another family member, who works in the medical industry, told me that the doctor "missed the targets." Ever being an optimist, I stuck with the words Dr. Dibello told me about the Botox taking some time, so I was patient. After 6-7 weeks, the swelling dissipated and my wrinkles returned to full form, as if I received no Botox at all. I called Dr. Dibello's office, stated my situation to the receptionist. She told me that Dr. Dibello was not in, and that he will get back to me. Several days later, I received a call from his receptionist, who went on - speaking over me - with numerous excuses as to why they will not make good on my horrible result, including blaming my wrinkles (huh?), and flat-out lying as to what I was told about Botox, and the time frame of results. DO NOT IGNORE THE RED FLAGS. The two times I was at this office, there was no one else there, and he only has one staff member. This guy apparently does not get much business - I now know why! Dr. Dibello also has the personality of a wet dish rag. He lacks people skills, and comes off as awkward and insecure. Lesson learned!

Dr. Dibello performed multiple surgeries on me and the results were terrific. His staff from the…read morefront desk to office Manager are the best! you will get treated with respect and dignity. --Consultation-- So far all of the staff is really great,…read morethey are very friendly and put you at ease. The doctor is pretty much how I expected, he knows what he is doing and will give you an honest answer. The location is easy to get to, but kind of threw me off that they had offices on the main floor of an apartment building, but their office inside is really nice and clean and professional. You do have to set up your consultation over the phone which was a little bit of a pain in my opinion. It's hard to get away to have a very "detailed" phone conversation when you work during their business hours. But it took about 10 mins and I had my consult appointment set. My husband went with me and was in the room the whole time. The Dr is very professional and he made sure to address any questions either of us had. He was very honest and clearly set my expectations. I didn't feel rushed at all which I appreciate and made the fact that I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time aright...I would rather he not rush and run a little late! --Pre-Op-- Every appointment I had was great, everything was so easy and clearly spelled out. Now admittedly there was alot to do and think about, but the staff and Dr were always there for support or questions at any time. You do have to go to get blood work done and Nazareth hospital but it was such an easy thing. I would plan for it to take a couple hours, there is paperwork and just waiting and all takes about that long, better to plan for more time then not enough. --Op and Post-Op-- The day of came really fast, and upon arrival to the hospital everything went great. The nurses at Nazareth as SO nice!! We got me all set up, the Dr came in and took before pics (my hubby tried to photo bomb but the Dr was too good for that haha). Then they got me all hooked up, wheeled me back to the operating room, the anesthesiologist was SUPER, and I was out in about 2 seconds, woke up and was in a little pain, so they gave me some more pain killers, but I was ready to go really quickly. Compared to other surgeries that I have had this was a piece of cake, SO EASY! I followed all of the doctors orders and took everything he gave me and I think that on op day that made such a huge difference. Once I got home I felt great, I only ended up needing to take pain killers at night to sleep. I got my surgery done on a Friday and was back at work on Monday (I have a desk job). Sleeping was really not great for the first week but it just got easier and easier. I was one of the lucky ones that I ended up with the "new additions" sitting pretty high, but I work out alot so I am not surprised that my muscle was tight and holding them up. So every day the Dr gave me little muscle release messages to do, and they dropped exactly like he said they would. I went through about 2 weeks of freak out that they wouldn't but they now look and sit amazing. I already have one other friend going in now since I had such a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eisenburg to anyone thinking about this procedure. Him and his staff are nothing but professional, they are so personable and some have had the procedure themselves from the doctor (some around 13 years ago) so they can answer questions from experience.

Of course, I did my homework--Googled him, read reviews, and even asked my primary doctor, who told me his wife had been a patient. At my first appointment, Dr. Z sat with my husband and me and walked us through everything: the reconstruction process, the surgical options, and every question I could think of. His calm, thorough approach immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with him and knew I was going to be in good hands. Because I'd had radiation on my left breast 10 years earlier, he explained that a latissimus muscle flap would be needed to support an implant. Wanting the best symmetry possible, we chose to do bilateral latissimus flaps. Through every step--pre-ops, surgeries, recovery--Dr. Z, his surgical nurse Christy, and the entire staff were compassionate, attentive, and truly wonderful. Today, I'm extremely happy with my results and deeply grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Zavitsanos.
