I do not recommend going to this location for rhinoplasty. I had such an awful experience basically from beginning to end that it would take dozens of paragraphs to actually explain it in full. I am also convinced a lot of the positive reviews I'm seeing online are fake. I can't comment on the accuracy of other surgeries but my rhinoplasty was in my opinion, not a success. My concerns were never addressed properly, I often came back to the office for follow up appointments feeling dismissed and almost like I was bothering the staff. Steroids were not applied to my nose until a year after surgery ... at that point they are useless. Initially I was told before the summertime I would get my first round of steroids, then when the next two appointments came, they weren't. The tip of my nose is very uneven, and after addressing it several times, in several ways, it went overall ignored. This is just 20% of my overall complaint. What it boils down to is I feel like I wasted so much of my time and money on what was supposed to be a beneficial procedure. read more

I got my nose done by Dr. Kole in early November and honestly I have never felt better about myself. From the consultation all the way until the surgery, I felt confident that things would go smoothly, and honestly love my results. I got a bump removed from the bridge, made my nose thinner and the tip smaller, and he did it all under two hours. I was barely bruised when I woke up and the healing process wasn't terrible-- I was back at work within a week and a half (can be different for everyone) but his side of things were done perfectly. I have been getting little cosmetic fixes for many years, so I know the drill pretty well. Set up a consultation with Dr. Kole today to get a refill of botox and some filler. During the consult FOR MY FACE, Dr. Kole pointed out that I shouldn't have cheek filler because "I am heavy". I was recently in an accident and unable to exercise for two months, so I packed on about 20 lbs- A size 8-10, not a beast. I already feel badly about myself and really didn't need the extra help. It was very impolite at the least. I made up a dumb excuse to reschedule the appointment and got out of there so he wouldn't have the satisfaction of seeing me upset. Dr. KOLE and his staff have always exceeded my expectations. I was referred to him by my own family physician to remove a growth (cyst) on my face...leaving not a trace of scarring. I recently made a bad review as I'm out of $2000 for a laser treatment that not only did Dr Kole not deliver the results he promised he made my face worse. They only response I got was them saying to come back by when I am in town which is 6 hours away now. I then thought i should give him the benefit of the doubt and emailed him requesting refund and provided pictures showing my face was worse. This was his snarky response: Rachel, The first thing I think you should do is remove the review from Facebook. The second thing I think you should do is call my office, speak to my office manager Bonnie and set up a time that I can discuss this like a human being. Not via email. I await your reply.....Now wait a minute i should take my review down then call him and be a human but yet NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME from his office. I am the victim out $2000. I emailed him back stating this and yet no response. Dr Kole does not stand behind his work and makes empty promises to pad his bank account. I went to 5 different surgeons for consults for a breast reduction. Dr. Kole was the ONLY surgeon that listened to me about my concerns regarding positioning of my right arm during surgery. This was a huge concern of mine as I have had over 10 surgical procedures to my right shoulder and range of motion is very significant problem and poor positioning of my arm could have lead to further pain or range of motion problems post-op. I had sx 12/24/15 and I am now 5 days post-op and I feel great, LOVE my new smaller boobies!!!!!! I have gone here for many years to get moles removed and have never had a bad experience . The whole staff is great ! The girl that I think is his assistance that comes in the office during appointments is knowledgeable friendly and will listen to what you want/need done and communicates everything correctly to the doctor so your needs are met . Every time I go there it's a pleasure to see her , also the women at the front desk is so well organized ! And as well friendly and professional, any questions you need to know she will find out the answer for you ! Now! Onto Mr Kole himself , he is great at what he does . He listens to what you need and dosent push any more services on you, he's not trying to "sell" you like some doctors may do ! He listen to what you want or need and will preform the procedure till you are happy with the results and get everything taken care of that you asked for . He is patient with his clients and knows what will work best , I.e I am scared of needles today I got a mole on my back removed , he as always made me feel so comfortable I wasn't worried at all and I left so happy quick and efficient !
