She was also very nice and made me feel like I mattered. I didn't wait long for Dr. Bilan. She came in introduced herself. She was extremely through and caring. She is a great listener and she explains well. She ordered tests for me and got my referral done warp speed. She didn't even get upset when I tripped her by accident. She was more worried about me. If you are looking for a kind and genuine doctor I advise you to chose Dr. Bilan.

This was the last place that blew me off and left me in near shambles. I will say it again...anxiety pills are not a solution for PHYSICAL symptoms! When I went to Excel, I had no idea what HRT was. I needed help and guidance and I was blown off. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. And there is a new recent review...who TF does a breast/vaginal exam for knee surgery?? Umm, creepy.

The first couple times, I liked Dr Gomez. She is a genuinely caring doctor, but she doesn't seem…read moreto be very focused or organized. Every time I saw her, she came up with a new and different set of 'problems'. She pointed out some things that maybe I should address, but they weren't all that serious. During my first visit, she thought she found a thyroid nodule. I scheduled an ultrasound, and the technician could barely find it. It turned out to be nothing. Since I snore, and complained of fatigue due to another medical issue, I agreed to an at-home sleep study. I was referred to an ENT to discuss the results. Dr Gomez wanted me to come in to discuss my NORMAL results even though I had already talked to the ENT. For my next visit I did a complete physical, so I needed blood drawn. I was told it would be cheaper for me to come to their office for them to draw the blood. Her PA tried FIVE times and never ever drew blood. I was sent to a lab, and they had no problem drawing me. Of course I had to make another appointment to discuss NORMAL lab results. During the followup visit, I had her write for all my prescriptions, but she forgot to write for my BP med. A month later, when I temporarily had no insurance, I called asking for a the prescription, and her PA insisted that I needed more tests done, including more blood work. I explained that I had no insurance, and the fact that the Rx should have been written during my previous visit. As somebody else mentioned, they held my prescription hostage...they insisted I come in for more blood work. I insisted that somebody other than the PA needed to draw me, and the nurse from next door had no problem drawing my blood. Since I had no insurance, they told me I would only have to pay $20, so I figured I would then get my Rx. After the labs came back, they wanted me to come in for another visit b/c my cholesterol was borderline, but I told them I wouldn't take any more medications and that i wouldnt schedule another visit When they FINALLY wrote the damn Rx, it was only for three months. The PA said I would need to come in every 3 months from then on. I told him my other specialists only saw me every 6-12 months, why should I come in for unnecessary visits? The PA just shrugged and said 'Dr Gomez wants to see all her patients with chronic problems every 3 months'. Hmmm, I thought that was what I saw the specialists for! Every 3 months?! Excuse me?! I am a pharmacist and do a good job monitoring my own health. I don't need a mommy/micro-manager trying to get me to take unnecessary medications and tests, and I definitely do not need to be seen every 3 months!!!

I have never written a review on a physician before but my experience was so awful I just had to…read morelet others know. My experience with Dr. Gomez is she is all about the money. She ordered a blood test she knew my insurance would not cover and then wanted to charge me $50.00 to fill out the insurance form stating why she ordered the test! She refused to give me more than 3 months refill at a time for prescriptions I had been on for years. Plan on waiting an hour for each appointment. And she refuses to call with your blood results, you have to make another appointment which means another office visit. Awful...
