No one answered so I left a voice message. No one ever called back that afternoon even though they're supposedly open until 7 or 8pm. Waited the whole next day in case my message was maybe just too late in the day. Not even a check in to see if I was still experiencing symptoms or to see if I'm ok. I feel this center has a lack of accountability, low standards, and ineffective leadership to employee this doctor, and or have not been able to get this doctor to improve performance. After my visit which went absolutely no where in helping me with my worries and problem, my "addressed" issues was not at all taken care of. (My finished paperwork stated that issue was addressed.) After this appointment I went and looked up the doctor, I was not surprised what I found and read on reviews. It was horrific and really sad on what people has experience with this said doctor. I am dumbfounded as to why this center has still not corrected/helped this doctor to be more caring, less aggressive, loud, arrogant, and just lacks gentle health care for individual patients. I am an active 81 year old working man. For the past three years I have suffered lower back pain…read more In the most recent times, walking or standing were not an option after about five minutes. My legs would go numb and if I didn't have something to grab onto, I would drop to the ground. I discussed the problem with my cardiologist on Dec 15, 2022. He recommended and referred me to Dr. Rajamand. On Dec 16th, Dr. Rajamand's office staff ordered an MRI for me. The MRI was conducted on that same day and I was seen by Dr. Rajamand on Jan 17, 2023. On Feb 8, 2023, Dr. Rajamand performed back surgery and released me to go home that same day. I did not require any pain medication immediately after nor since then. The only short restriction I had was to be careful not to reopen the incision. Two months later I remain completely pain free and with no restrictions. Dr. Rajamand told me before surgery that he could fix my problem and he did fix my problem. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Dr. Rajamand and his staff.

There is construction going on at the building, and the construction workers are parking their cars in the spaces at the south entrance that should be left for the patients entering the ground level/radiation oncology office. Most of us having treatment do not have handicapped parking permits, so the remaining spaces should be for us. Not for 5 construction vehicles!
