She explained everything clearly, checked on me constantly, and worked with such a calm confidence that I never felt nervous for a single minute. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and far easier than I expected. What really stood out, though, was how genuine she is -- she treated me like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. It's rare to find a specialist who is both incredibly skilled and truly caring, but Dr. Stein is exactly that. If you need a root canal and you're dreading it, go to her. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and honestly impressed. Couldn't recommend her more.

I would not recommend this group EVER!!!!…read more For the last year - I have been dealing with a bill from stein dental group. I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.

Three other practices declined treatment because my case was so problematic and high risk. I was told that some of my teeth would fall out, that it was only a matter of time. One said it was imminent. Jeff Drayer took a big chance taking me on. We're 9 months into treatment, and things are "moving" along better than expected. They are so so careful with my teeth. The staff is compassionate and kind and super professional. The office is very clean and is very well run. My appointment times are honored with no more than a 5-minute wait. I can recommend this practice without any reservations whatsoever. I am very grateful to Dr. Drayer for the big professional risk he has taken in accepting me as a patient and the trust we have for each other. He has given me hope that my smile will be improved on the other side of this. Glad I kept looking!

I ended up leaving this practice before my orthodontic treatment was finished because I just…read morecouldn't ignore what I was seeing anymore. Every time I was there, I saw him take his gloves off, hold them in his hand, and then put those same gloves back on to treat other patients. This wasn't something I saw just once, it happened regularly. I also saw staff go between patients without changing their gloves, and I didn't see handwashing between patients. A lot of patients probably don't notice because their backs are turned. I reached out to the health department hoping things would change, but I never heard back. At later visits, it seemed to me that they were being more discreet about it instead of changing the behavior. He also always had very little to say to me. Seeing him be friendly and talkative with other patients while barely speaking to me made me feel dismissed. As a person of color, I couldn't help wondering why I wasn't getting that same courtesy. I wanted to finish my treatment, but I no longer felt comfortable staying. I truly pray he takes these concerns seriously and makes changes.
